Tony Reed is a true Renaissance man who follows his dreams. His business and athletic exploits have been published by the media for many years. He has over 25 years of information technology project management and executive level experience. This included delivering global, multi-million dollar projects both under budget and on time. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), certified Supply Chain Management (SCM), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His two undergraduate degrees are in mathematics and management. His two graduate degrees are in accounting and management. He has published over 50 articles and three books, made presentations, and taught collegiate classes about information technology, project management, business, accounting, and income taxes. Since 1982, he has run ninety-five marathons (26.2 miles) in half of the States. In 2007 at age 51, he celebrated his 25th anniversary of running marathons by finishing the Antarctica Marathon. Eight days later, he completed the Fin Del Mundo Marathon in Argentina. He
became the first Black member of an exclusive running club; The Seven Continents Club.
He has run a marathon on every continent, including Reed shares his humor and passion while challenging his audience to think differently - to learn from failures, to learn thriving instead of surviving, to address fears, and to define them selves, while living life with a new found passion.
